If you are absent from work due to illness or injury and require a medical certificate to confirm this with your employer, we can provide this for you from either of our pharmacy locations. Our Port Macquarie pharmacists are able to provide these certificates at their discretion. If you are off work because an immediate family member is unwell, we are also able to provide a certificate verifying this.
The certificates that are issued by our pharmacists are valid for up to 2 days. In addition to employees, our pharmacists are able to issue certificates to students who are unable to attend exams due to illness or injury.
